Overview
Entelect was approached by Nando’s to assist with a point-of-sale project.
The nature of the project was to produce a detailed list of needs in order to compare against various products and services to select and standardise on one point-of-sale system across all Nando’s stores.
We required input from all levels of the organisation and collation and discovery of current and future business drivers.
It involved cross-selling of business drivers within the organisation in order obtain mutual agreement on priorities and expectations of practical outcomes.
