Shashi Hansjee

Chief Executive Officer

Shashi is passionate about getting the best out of people and helping businesses to succeed through excellence in strategy and leadership. His goal is to make Entelect a global leader in technology services by creating an environment where the best technology professionals can thrive and grow, while formulating and delivering technology solutions that help great businesses to become more.

Shashi holds a Master’s in Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand and started his career as an analyst developer. His strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities and drive for continual improvement have been crucial in making Entelect what it is today.

Daniel Manyemwe

Chief Customer Officer

Daniel enjoys connecting with people, and as CCO, his focus is building lasting and meaningful relationships with Entelect’s customer base. By driving customer-centric thinking that aligns our customers’ success with our own, Daniel creates a sustainable growth mindset across the leadership team. This philosophy is enabled across all of our customers, through the Account Executive team that he heads up.

Having spent 7 years in a leadership function delivering end-to-end, enterprise software solutions, Daniel is uniquely positioned to support Entelect’s customers on their major technology initiatives. He graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2007 with a BSc in IT and Computer Engineering, and has been with Entelect for over a decade.

Jonathan Sher

Managing Director: Australia

Jonathan joined the Entelect South Africa senior leadership team in 2017 after a storied career in the software consulting realm. After 6 years of looking after several key accounts and introducing new practices within the Entelect fold, Jonathan heads up Entelect’s new venture in Australia, looking after talent and business acquisition, customer engagement and tasked with growing Entelect Australia accordingly.

Jonathan has lofty ambitions to make Entelect Australia the pre-eminent technology provider of choice, and employer of choice, in Australia and APAC regions.

Yatish Parshotam

Managing Director: New Zealand

Yatish joined Entelect in 2005 after graduating with a BSc Electrical Engineering, and worked across numerous projects and teams in South Africa. In 2010, Yatish was promoted to the general management team, where his core focus was on human capital. In 2016, Yatish was appointed Chief People Officer.

At the end of 2017, Yatish relocated to New Zealand, staying within the group, he established Entelect’s first international presence. As the managing director, he continues to lead all aspects of the Australia and New Zealand business, including strategy, business development, recruitment and culture.
