TransUnion Auto Information Solutions (TUAIS) has set the standard in vehicle risk intelligence for the automotive industry in South Africa for over 50 years.

TUAIS tasked Entelect with modernising the usability and experience for internal and operational users, while at the same time pursuing a cloud journey on AWS which would see the entire technology ecosystem uplifted.

The aim is to, in turn, improve value for their clients and increase revenue by enabling new products and increased cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Entelect embarked on a journey to understand the current market usage of the TUAIS services, coupled with research into the latest technology offerings in the market, all with the aim of contributing to the creation of a best-in-class technology platform to support the businesses primary goals as mentioned above.

The initial phase of the project took place over the course of two months, the main aim of which was to produce a set of artefacts that would be used to correctly size and scope the project.
