The RASCL (RGA’s Automated System for Claims Leakage) system, is a data-driven rules engine that was designed to integrate into an insurer’s existing claims process flow, allowing for an evolving feedback mechanism.

Further building on the static rulesets that is offered, several machine learning validations have been built leveraging on the scale of RGA’s data.

RASCL also offers insurers and third-party administrators the functionality of capturing and viewing claims via a client portal.
