Hollard needed a design for an end-to-end digital system that simplified an ad hoc manual quoting process for marine brokers, as well as their clients.

The system had to allow the broker to issue insurance autonomously and be simple enough to use that a direct client could do it themselves.

Entelect managed to prototype a seamless digital system that will provide a centralised data repository and mode of communication in turn improving overall efficiency and reducing cost to company.

The entire process allowed Entelect to not only provide an effective solution, but to instil a clear UX direction which allowed us to make a big impact on the business in a short timeframe.
