Overview
Entelect was approached to transform BidTravel’s reporting standards by using a business intelligence (BI) methodology.
Their previous system overstated product cost and the new system Entelect implemented increased reporting accuracy.
The system has significantly increased data quality. This validation enforces rules on the field sizes to ensure data reaches the brands in a consistent format.
Errors are fed into a dashboard for the team to review. A Master Product dimension has been created across the different brands to allow for like-for-like reporting.
